2.8 ALTERATION OF STATUS OF COMPANIES
The alteration of the status of a company refers to making changes to its legal structure, rights, powers, or any other aspect that affects its operations and governance.
Types of alterations that can be made to a company’s status:
- Change of company type
- Change of ownership structure
- Change of registered office
- Change of directors or officers
- Alteration of memorandum and articles of association
